Co-Founder & CEO
Chase Shelly
Chase is the strategy guy. Before a camera ever comes out, he’s figuring out what you sell, who buys it, and what your content needs to say to get them to book.
He leads the big-picture plan on every account: positioning, offers and the funnel that turns a view into a conversation. If an idea is weak, he’ll tell you. Nicely, but he’ll tell you. That honesty is a feature, not a bug.
His whole philosophy fits in one line: “It’s 2026, no matter what you do… if you create content about it, you will be more successful.”

Co-Founder & COO
Nelson Rivera

If Chase decides what gets made, Nelson decides how it gets made and makes sure it ships on time.
Nelson runs production and operations: shoot days, the edit pipeline and the publishing calendar. He’s the reason your feed never looks abandoned and your shoot day doesn’t turn into a three-day saga.
He’s also the one who makes camera-shy owners forget the camera is there. His whole philosophy fits in one line: “A great idea doesn’t mean sh*t if it never gets out the door.”
Design Lead
Ryan Hoebbel
Ryan makes your business look as hot as it actually is.
He leads brand identity and design: logos, brand guides, social templates, signage, billboards and vehicle wraps. The goal is one consistent look, so your ads, your feed and your truck all feel like the same company.
He’s also the guy with the stickered laptop and the peace sign, so expect good energy on every project. See his work on our graphic design and branding page.

Operations Lead
Jada Andreozzi

Jada keeps the whole machine running.
She owns operations: shoot schedules, deadlines, deliverables and the details that keep a busy content calendar on track. When a client says our team is “incredibly organized,” a lot of that is Jada.
On set she’s just as likely to be directing a take as checking the schedule, which is exactly the kind of all-hands energy a small, in-house team runs on.
The crew
The edit bay and the people behind the curtain
Great content gets made twice: once on set and once in the edit. These are the people who make the second one happen.

How we work together
From intro call to scale, no bullsh*t
- 1. Intro CallA conversation, not a sales pitch. We learn your business, your goals and what’s working (or not). If we like each other, it’s straight to onboarding.
- 2. StrategyPositioning, content planning and a funnel map built around your sales goals, not vibes.
- 3. ProductionIn-house shoot and edit, no freelancers ghosting mid-project. An intentional content library that still hits weeks later.
- 4. ScaleOrganic gets it seen, paid gets it seen by the right people. We double down on winners and cut the losers.
